Please let us know whether New Wage Code to be implement from 1 Oct 2021 or it is delayed further?

Hi Yogesh,
As of now, there is no gazette notification stating that the Codes will become effective from 01 October 2021.
It was expected to roll out by 01 Oct, however, the print media states that it has been further delayed.
