How Form 26AS is helpful in filing of an income tax return?

Hi @Jyoti

Form 26AS is a proof / current statement that denotes all the TDS paid by the employer towards your PAN number.

While switching a job in between a FY this will help the current employer to understand how TDS has been deducted already and the pending amount to be remitted.

To file an ITR this might help, but more than this Form 16 should be one to be looked out for.
