As I opened my emails today, I was surprised to receive a lot of emails from greyHRsupport - messages from my previous inquiries.
I also tried to call the contract number 6003990868 - but the person who received is not even confirming if he is from greythr and then he cut my call 
Please check.
It is concerning me much as might our account was hacked or there is an issue…

@Ludy Same problem I am facing, getting continuous mails from greytHR support Team regarding my previous queries. Tickets already been closed but receiving emails in the late night also.

Last time when I received such mails I raised a ticket and GreytHR said to me that they are migrating the support system to a new one. Because of which I got such mails. But today also I got similar mails.

Yes, the same is occurring at our end also. received around 40 + emails of past tickets
