Please help me to make wages sheet of 200 employee’s in a company ???
Required fields is if a employee CTC is 50000PM for a company then
Basic+DA ?
HRA ?
Conveyance allowance ?
Spcl allowance ?
Gratuity amount ?
Etc-etc.

For 50000 CTC
Basic+ DA should be 50% of CTC = 25000
HRA = 50% in metro cities and 40% in other cities
Rest should go to Special allowance
Gratuity amount is 4.81% of Basic+DA = 25000 *4.81% per month

Basic+DA should comprise the fifty percentage, minimum. All others are left to you as how much you assign actually. Gratuity amount is what you pay at the end of the service. It need not be a salary component.
