Recently I have left company and in my account leave are showing 30 so how will company pay,basic salary or actual day salary…Plz suggest.

If you have Earned Leave balance 30 days then the company shall encash the balance leave at the time of F&F. settlement.
The F&F leave encashment will be on basic salary only.

Your previous organization while computing final settlement will consider the EL balance as well as payable. EL encashment during employement or upon separation would be @basic pay.

Chitra The Earned leave are usually calculated on last basic salary drawn.
