If employees wage limit cross in any month Rs.21000-00 is need to inform ESIC department

Not needed, you have to update in the ESIC portal. Also employees contribution will continue for the whole esic 6 month period even if wages / salary goes above Rs. 21,000.00

But, we need to pay esi contribution till completion of contribution period

No, If the wage of an employee exceeds the wage limit of Rs. 21,000 after April or October for the respective contribution periods, then the employee continues to be an employee till the end of that contribution period. Hence, the contribution is to be deducted and paid on the total wages earned.
