Implementation of Sodexo Food and Flex Benefits

I am planning to implement the Sodexo benefits plan in my organization’s payroll structure, and I have a few doubts:

  1. What is the maximum benefit value we can provide for each component?
  2. What are all the complex components dealing with compliance?
  3. What is the best way to determine the values, such as employee choice or slabs based on CTC/Grade?
