In new Wage code, employee is working on a public holiday, what is the salary?

Hi Community,

Greetings!

As per the new wage code If a employee is working on a public holiday. The employers have to pay a 1+2 day salary or two days salary? How is the salary payout defined?

For Employee Working On The Public Holidays, We Should Pay Double The Amount Of The Daily Average Wages.

Also We Should Provide Leave On Any Other Day In Lieu Of The Compulsory Holiday.
