Inclusion of Gratuity and and Bonus in CTC

Hi Team,

Please advise regarding the inclusion of Gratuity and Bonus in CTC of an employee in his Offer letter and Pay slip.

CTC is not coming under the purview of compensation / social security legislations. It is between emploee and employer. However payslip is a legal document. As per my knowledge Gratuity can not be shown as an income/deduction in monthly payslip of an employee. Bonus is an earning and come under the tax net, So once earned, it can come in payslip I think.
