Hi,

Can someone knowledgeable about visas in India please help.

I have an expat employee (German), he now have his family in India - wife (Chinese) and son (German).

They entered via dependent’s visa single entry - this month was the renewal, so we applied and again the family got single entry but the employee has multiple entry - is there any way where we can request for multiple entry? or for consideration? As the application to FRRO are only online, but in the form we requested for multiple entry

Hi Ludy,

While applying you have to ask for multiple entry providing documents reasoning the requirement of multiple entries otherwise the single entry is taken into consideration.

Office of FRRO provides directions/guidance over phone calls as well in person.

Thank you for the revert.

It is actually mentioned in the application form that a multiple entry is requested.

Will there be a possibility that the new RC given will be amended if we go to the office of the FRRO personally?

From my past experiences, always a personal visit to FRRO helped giving clarity.
