My organisation is registered in Mumbai and one employee is located in Delhi. Is professional tax applicable to him?

Yes. But the PT is applicable as per the Maharashtra State rules.

Hi, if you have a registered office in Delhi then PT is applicable as Delhi law, if not PT as per Maharashtra law.
