Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day administration of the learning management system (LMS)

Upload courses on the LMS

Download and process the data from the LMS as per requirements

Prepare MIS reports as per requirement
-
Communicate with learners to resolve their queries related to LMS and certification
-
Promote the courses on LMS by working on the promotional initiatives
-
Encourage learners to complete the courses taken and ensure an increase in the course completion rate
-
Pro-actively suggest the modifications/upgrades required to the LMS to enhance learner experience and administrative efficiency

Support the LMS enhancement initiatives whenever required
Qualifications:
-
Graduate in any discipline
-
1-2 years experience of working in HR/Admin/LMS admin/KM department
-
Working knowledge of the MS Office suite

Good command over English verbal and written communication

Drive to support the learners
