Hello everyone, I’m Leena Rastapur.
I’m an HR professional and worked in Bangalore for a few years in Accenture and other companies. After marriage, I moved to Andhra and prepared for UPSC — I cleared prelims but couldn’t continue to mains due to family concerns and the difficult COVID period.
After marriage, I also had no support from my in-laws to continue my HR career or my UPSC preparation. So, like many Indian married women, I adjusted to the situation and took the platform available there — I joined a top college in Kadapa(A.P) as an HR and worked there for 2 years.
Recently I shifted back to Bangalore. I am now restarting my career after my divorce and after resigning from the college.
I truly want to rebuild my life and start again in a strong HR role in an MNC. I spoke to some friends in MNC HR and they suggested skills like SAP SuccessFactors or HR Analytics. I tried self-learning through SAP Learning Hub and later joined a training centre — but the training quality wasn’t good, so I couldn’t continue.
I kindly request guidance from this community on:
-
Which skill or certification should I focus on first to re-enter HR in an MNC?
-
Is SAP SuccessFactors the right path, or should I focus on HR Analytics / HRMS tools?
-
Any genuine training platforms or learning path recommendations?
As a single woman restarting life and career, I want to prove myself and build a stable future with strong skills and confidence.
Any support, suggestions, or guidance will truly mean a lot to me.
Thank you so much. ![]()
