We are looking at making changes to better the processes of onboarding and virtual onboarding experiences. A few employees joined before WFH got implemented, few got onboarded virtually.
Looking for surveys or questionnaires for employees joined between 0-6 months and 6m to 1 year.
Can anyone share samples of survey or questionnaire on what can be covered for employees joined in above times?
