Can anyone suggest that how can we measure Employee experience in terms of Job satisfactions and Happiness for employees working from home ?

Please suggest for Metrics also if there is any…

Greetings to you as well. Welcome to the Community.

There are no clear metrics. You could roll out an employee pulse survey or make individual calls to each employee (depending on the employee headcount) to check on their health, wellbeing, work, work-life balance and alike. At Greytip, HR ensures to have calls at intervals with each employee since we started WFH.
