Could you please tell me what the process is for paternity leave in India and what do we need to report?

Hi Vinay,

For Paternity Leave there is no such process and report to be maintained as per compliance point of view.

Generally company giving 10-15 days paternity leave on employee request or as per company policy.

hey vinay ,

policy is different company to company .

Employee need to submit the DOB certificate to the HR department with picture of the new born baby & prior information to the HOD is mandatory , one week paid leave is allowed in this case .
