If an employee, whose current age is 30 year, leaves the company after 5 yrs, Till what date it will be active? can he withdraw his pf accumulation after 20 yrs ?

Usually PF will be closed by the employer as soon as an employee left. Post which if there is no action on the account or UAN it becomes a dormant account. 5 years of inactivity.
But if he maintains to be on another job or links under UAN can be withdrawn at anytime.
