Hi,

I read other discussion on probation, I have another one

So, if the employee resigns in probation period, what can be the notice period?/ can they get relieved immediately?
What are the process for F&F settleement ?

Hi,

Generally, probation period employees get relieve on an immediate bases but in few companies they mention time period resignation during probation period like one week or 10 days. It can be wave off if not much to handover.

Rest process will be same as other employees.
