Hi,

We are planning to change the salary structure for employees this April 2022.
Need some inputs on the FBP planning. What reimbursements can be introduced ?
We only have the Broadband and LTA as part of the FBP now.

Children Education allowance, Academic Allowance, Mobile/Internet Allowance, NPS etc. can be used irrespective of work location
