Can Anyone help to get information on the process to get Shop & Establishment Licence / Labour Licence in Gurgaon. What would be the threshold number of employees to apply for registration.

Please go through this link https://hrylabour.gov.in/shops/front/shop_terms for registration under Shops and Establishments Act. This link provides you with all the required information and there is also an excel sheet describing the fee structure.
