For these training is Offline or online works better?

Dear Anisha,

Very strongly recommend offline (that is onsite) training as online training session are good, but most employees don’t focus and give their 100% attention.

Topics that you many consider would be:

  • Effective Communication Skills
  • Email and virtual communication
  • Business Etiquettes
  • Delegation
  • Leadership and Team Management
  • Interpersonal Skills

There are many more of them, which you may ask the resource person to customise.
