Tax friendly CTC for employees

This maybe a broader topic for single reply solution.

What can be a good CTC structure that can be friendly to employees on taxes?

Please share your thoughts.

A Gross salary structure would not make any difference.

Maybe by adding different annual/monthly reimbursement components if any?

My suggestion would be to have some FBP components and reduce the SA component burden in the payslip.

This will yield some benefits. But for employer FBP is always a hectic task :slight_smile:

While designing a Tax Friendly CTC Structure, we should always try to reduce the Other Allowance or Special Allowance Component and introduce Reimbursements such as Fuel, Car Maintenance, Entertainment, Furniture, Club Memberships, etc

But employees will have to submit the Original bills for the reimbursements.

I agree with Dinesh. But to be honest there is nothing called Tax friendly CTC because most of the components will attract tax.
