Hi,

  1. For arrears of salary received , how to determine if you qualify for the tax relief on Salary Arrears?
  2. Which assessment year needs to be selected while filing Form 10E?

Tax to be deducted on the current Income though it is arrears and it should be shown in that current financial year.
