In new wage code, will performance bonus paid to employees (quarterly, half yearly or yearly) be part of wages ?

NO. They are not part of wages as per the definition of wages in Wage Code. The wages includes only Basic, Dearness Allowance & Retaining Allowances. Rest all allowances whatever the name it is, will be excluded from the composition of wage.

Hi,
No, wages is something which is fixed and Performance Bonus is something which is variable and depends on your performance. So, please done include such components under wage.
