in the days of networking & social media, i think social media has a big impact on organizational decisions
the fear of being pulled up on social media does push organizations to be vigilant on employee experience
i think social media can have a positive impact when the successes & best practices are also published
How can employee branding help in promoting strong and transparent company culture?
it is all about experience employees have at the workplace.
if organizations do what they say - that itself is transperancy. doing this repeatedly imbibes in behaviors thereby impacting culture of organizations
