Please shed some light on the details.

  1. Eligibility criteria under the scheme?
  2. Will not meeting the criteria in subsequent months stop the benefits?
  3. What else are the other most important points?

Scheme is similar to PMRPY and any employee who is registered under PMRPY is not eligible for ABRY

Minimum of two new employees in a month if reference base is 50 employees or less. Minimum of five new employees in a month if reference base is more than 50 employees.
Reference base is the number of employees in the ECR copy september 2020

salary should be less than 15000

scheme is open from Oct 2020 to June 2022

New employee means.
Any EPF member, already allotted with UAN, who exited from employment during 01.03.2020 to 30.09.2020 from any establishment
Who was not working in any establishment and did not have a Universal Account Number prior to 01st October, 2020 and joins employment in any establishment on or after 01.10.2020 up to 30.06.2021 and who is allotted Aadhaar validated UAN.
