Hi,

Need suggestions with options of clubbing leaves policies. Which leave clubbing can be allowed and which cannot?
What leaves can be clubbed with Maternity leaves?

Sometimes, if organization policy allows, one type of leave can be combined or clubbed with another type of leave. However, the clubbing option may be allowed only for certain types of leaves.
I understand Earned leaves/ Privilege leaves/ Casual Leave can be clubbed with sick leave if sick leave is not balance with the employee. EL & ML can be clubbed together.
