You have clubbed all the leaves, and may I know what is the count of overall leaves.
30 Leaves in total. We did that after Covid.
Just wanted to check if that allowed or not?
When you club EL to all the leaves, how will you handle the encashment for that?
I think you have a leave policy like only PL which has 2.5 days a month instead of dividing into CL & SL. PL is completely different from EL. CL & SL are paid leaves which cannot be carried forward to the next year. But EL is encashed and carried forward.
Please mention do you have only paid leaves as a leave policy.
