Contract employee to a permanent employee

Hi,

Is there anything in the rules for benefit of a contract employee that working for certain number of months can make them eligible for them a permanent position or

Is it completely on employers decision to continue contract or hire them permanently?

There are no such rules but contact needs to be renewed periodically.

It’s completely upon the employer to allocate a permanent position.
