Hi,

What are the benefits ESIC has offered to COVID affected employees?
Can someone share the process or article on how to claim?

Please advise…

Hi Manjunath,

ESI providing same benefit as for any other sickness.

You need to submit the documents starting from covid positive report till discharge summary. Ask employee to visit his ESI dispensary with all the documents after completing his quarantine time . Doctor will verify the documents and then it will go for claim processing.

For those many days you need to pau employee under LOP to receive the ESI benefit from ESI.
