Hi Everyone, if you’re registered under Shops and Establishment Act, with staffing as main services, and one of your clients is asking for LWF registration number. How do you provide them with relevant information? Do you just file Form D without any registration?

The Karnataka Labour Welfare Fund Act, 1965 is applicable to any establishment provided your Strength is 50 or more Employees. You may share details of LWF Contribution remitted through online along with Form D to your Client in this case.
