Please advise if the following calculation is correct for Earned Leave for Karnataka ??
Total days = 365
Week end holidays = 104
National/Festival Holidays = 12
Total working days 365-104-12 = 249 working days
EL leave eligibility = 1 day for 20 working days in a month = 249/20 = 12.45 (to be rounded off to 12 or 13)

Yes, 13 days is the right calculation it seems.

Hi @vijumahesh Overall, your calculation is correct, but the rounding part depends on the policy followed by your organization.

we will restructure it as follows : AL/PL = 13 and SL = 12 to comply with labour laws.
