I knew that every organisation require enrollment certificate under Professional tax.
We have 18 branches in total across PAN india…
Do we need to obtain for all the branches…if yes,after obtaining it when is the month we have to pay every year…

Yes you have to get a separate enrollment certificate for all the branches.
Thank you for the clarity. So accordingly companies are liable to file the returns (PT) every year!. Am I right?
With Effective from Dec 2022 Employees who’s age >= 65 and location is Tamilnadu - PT will not be deducted. Is there any government notification regarding this from TN government. Please check and forward.
