Hi,

Checking EPF balance shows EE& ER. What ar EE & ER? Both amounts should be same or different?

Hi ,

EE is Employee account of 12% and ER means Employer account of 3.67% [This is the part of employer 12% which will be split between EPF and EPS account of 8.33% which you can see in the passbook at the end column ].

Yes EE and ER [incl. EPS of 8.33% ] should be same.
