For some time we are working from homes, We had this option as one of the perks an employee would get considering multiple scenarios.
Is it time we include WFH or even Flexible working as part of rights and not a perks?
Friends have you made or making any changes already?

Some of the information via various surveys and discussions seem to say WFH becoming part of policy is better now. Now it wouldn’t be accepted as a perk.
