  1. Can anyone suggest how the Leave Policy in terms of Permanent Work from Home environment should be created?
  2. Does anyone have information about leaves grant to employees in permanent work from home format?

As the law doesn’t differentiate the leaves based on the place of work so there won’t be any change in the leave policy.
