What is the process to hire a person after age of 58?Any specific Rule Of age for hiring an employee ?

If you still wants to continue with employee services then you may go to hire him/her as a consultant. In this there will be no age bar. You can take the services as per your requirement.

Hi,
In private organisation, you can define your won retirement age. You can hire a person as Employee or as Consultant.
But as an Employee - He will not be eligible for PF & Gratuity as per the acts.
