Hi,

Will ESIC card be valid after resignation? For how long ESIC benefits could be taken after resigning a job?

Hi,

Yes, it will be valid till after resignation. In which ever contribution employee left , ESIC benefits will be applicable till next contribution.

Hi

ESI card will be valid till they contribute the next contribution or upto six months.

If the employee has contributed for a minimum of 78 days in the Contribution period (The resigning period from April to September or October to March), His benefits will be available for nine months from the starting of the corresponding benefit period (Next April to September or October to March ). Thus ESI card will be valid for that.
