Can anyone see the complete employee service history, including previous organizations, in the “Member Service Details” section using UAN on the EPFO employer portal? I can only find the establishment ID created for our organization. Kindly let me know whether this is visible only to me or to everyone. I am new to this community.

The latest amendment would only allow to see the current organization.
Previous organization data would not be visible.

For a new member, before creating a Member ID and linking them to our organization, is it possible to view their service details using the UAN in the employer portal? Or will an error occur since they are not yet linked to our organization?
As per the latest amendment, kindly assist.

Hi Babu. Let me help you out on this. As an employer you can see an employee’s service history neither before creating an ID nor after creating an ID with your organisation. Only an employee has as access to see his/her own service history. A way as an employer, is by directly requesting the employee to share a screenshot of their service history from their PF portal. This change is recently made by the government a few months back. Hope this helped.
