UAN not available in previous companies, how to add the PF balance

Hi,

Pls guide how to add the PF balance of previous companies in the existing PF account. UAN is not linked with these and we are unable to get that balance transferred.

Hi Timsy,
Check if the UAN is active. You can see the linked PF details in the service history.
If the previous companies PF details were not able to see, I think you have to proceed offline only by submitting PF Transfers.

Yes UAN is active and employee’s few past companies PF details are visible there. However the PF detail of 2 companies is not linked and accordingly not appearing anywhere on the portal.
Can you pls guide what is the procedure for offline submission of PF transfers ?

You have to submit Form-13(PF Transfer) through present employeer at your registered PF office.
