I need to understand what is the Key result Area and Key performance indicator and can anyone please provide me Key Result Area (KRA) format.

I presume you are asking about KRA, that is Key Responsibility Area. KRA is a comprehensive list of goals and duties a company expects its employees to complete. It details what the employees do, how they should do it and how the company measures these goals. Employers assign key responsibility areas to help measure the performance of their employees
Key Result and Key Responsibility are one and the same. You can create something similar to this, which we use in our organization and have Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to measure the performance.
