Has the hike of basic to 50% been implemented in Tamilnadu. We do have to
pay gratuity for two employees. So will 40% or 50% of the basic be applicable

I am assuming that your ask is whether the 50% basic concept defined under the ‘wages’ definition in the 4 labour codes has been implemented in Tamil Nadu or not. Correct me if I am wrong.
However, please note, the labour codes are still not been implemented in any state.
