Can anyone help me with Labour compliance related to the Maholi region as we are planning to take up some AMC orders where manpower will be supplied to clients.
We have a registered office in Bangalore and can we take employees into records in Blr and make statutory payments as per Blr like PT, LWF, ESI as per Bangalore and employee deployed to work in Maholi.
What is the employee count limit to apply for labour license
