You have to calculate LOP from 6th to 14th including National Holiday since it falls in mid of the leave period.
How the LOP days computation to happen shall be as per your leave and attendance policy. If the policy regulates unauthorized absenteeism, you could even initiate a disciplinary proceeding and initiate a show-cause notice.
Some organizations consider intervening holidays and off days as LOP when the number of LOP days exceeds more than x days. Also, many organizations disallow employees to avail LOP during the probation period (management may allow LOP on special cases)
