Can you provide the scenarios where comp off has to be mandatorily granted? What are the exact terms of granting Comp Off?
Hi,
If an employee works on a Holiday or a weekly off he should be given a compensatory off in lieu of that. Comp off can either be given as half a day or full day depending upon the hours he has worked extra.
Declared holidays (Form V ) can be matched with comp off.
If the employee is working more than 48 hrs per week may be given as comp off instead of OT.
