Hope you are doing well. I would like to grab your attention about the below statement whether it is true to consider as per Shops & Establishment Act - Telangana?
“Any women employee drawing salary of more than Rs. 15,000/- is also not entitled for this maternity benefit.”
Also is the employee is eigible to get the full salary for 6 months during the maternity leave irrespective of salary?

This statement is incorrect. The entitlement to maternity benefits under the Maternity Benefit Act does not depend on the salary of the woman employee. All eligible women employees are entitled to maternity benefits irrespective of their salary.
