This following policy by greytHR should be of help to you.
It covers- This policy covers the need for an organisation to provide maximum support to women employees for their wellbeing as well as her newborn child or adopted child. This covers both pre and postnatal care. The policy complies with the Maternity Benefit Act, 1961.
