Hi , I am not sure if there is some technical issues today with the greythr system but “bella” is not allowing me to raise a ticket - it is mentioning options over and over again, while I am clicking raise a ticket over and over as well…
this is not helping me at all today…

Below was the resolution.
As per the posted request, we have verified that for the user Heena, the “Chat with Bella – Raise Ticket” option was disabled. We have now re-enabled this option.
