I have resigned and request for an early release but the company is not allowing me to give an early release they are asking to take leaves (loss of pay) until I finish my notice period I wanted to opt for buyout option but they are saying that eventhough if we pay money it will comes under absconding and there will be remark on relieving letter or you might not receive a reliving letter. Could you please give me any suggestion or advice on this issue.

Kindly check your appointment letter as there should be clause mentioned there on payment in lieu of notice period. Coz if it is there, their claim of even though you paid there will still be a remark in the relieving letter or you might not receive it - is not correct. As company can only deny relieving letters to employees who have indulge in unlawful activities, performed actions in violation of their employment contracts, or violation of any policy set forth by the company - something that needs to be proven.
