we are creating a Retirement policy and would need your help with that, like what is the whole procedure, what are the forms that need to be filled, etc .
Retirement varies from Org. to Org. based on staff and management employees. Some fix the retirement age based on actual age of an employee or based on the continuous service offered. (Example: 58 years or 25 years of service in continuity).
So do check out the core values of your Org. and the managements value & morale towards the retirement age in compliant with laws and draft a policy.
